Reservation conditions

Advance booking: are accepted any time without limitations.

Booking: Aftrer a booking/reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail of us. Immediately after we received the reservation fee, we will send you a binding confirmation.

Reservation fee: A reservation fee of € 100,- is required for a definit reservation. Please transfer the reservation fee within Austria to "Raiffeisenbank Westendorf,  via EUROTRANS:  IBAN AT 593624500003048428  , Bic-Code RZTI AT 22245
The reservation fee of € 100,- is recognised on your total bill of stay.

Total charge: Straight after the arrival and an initial inspection of the campsite, the total charge for the complete reserved duration of stay is to be payed in advance. The campsite administration is not responsible for late arrivals or earlier depatures. The charges are also requested for unconsumed but reserved days.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be performed in writing to the camp site administration. The reservation fee will not be handed back if the booking is not cancelled until 14 days before arrival.

Arrival and departure: The reserved stand is available at 3pm at the arrival day and should be vacated latest at 11am at the depature day. A later departure is possible on request. Until 15pm we account 50% of the daily charge and after 17pm we have to invoice a further night.

Later arrival: Please inform us about an essential delay of your arrival. Without any notification, the reserved stand remains assigned to you up to 11am of the day after your planned arrival and afterwards made available to others without any compensation.

Confirmation of reservation: please show it to the camping site administration at your arrival.

Opening: The Place is opened during every year from the 18.12 until the 12.10.
Reception opened from 8:00 - 13:00 and from 15:00 - 19:00.

Attention: Discounts and flat rate offers only valid on cash payment!
We do not accept credit cards!
